NightBoat Presents seeks to amplify artists from the Portland area by providing professional recording services and promotional opportunities to them free of charge. As a community building enterprise, NightBoat Presents capitalizes on our team’s existing working relationships with industry to connect with a broad public audience, in tandem with focused engagement with local neighborhood and community organizations to highlight the Portland-centric nature of the project, and its artists' creative output.

It is a quarterly concert event series bringing people together through live music recording and traditional New Orleans style food. Founded in the fall of 2023, each quarterly event invites a new, local musician to share dinner and perform in front of an intimate audience in a recording studio. Musicians perform five songs, receive a free live album audio recording of all five songs, and receive the top three songs from the session of their choice produced as high quality videos. Events are designed to bring together other artists and community members as a part of the live studio audience for both artistic networking opportunities to promote connection and have fun.
